1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Avrumoto website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Avrumoto's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Avrumoto's website are provided "as is". Avrumoto makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Avrumoto or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Avrumoto's website, even if Avrumoto or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Rental Terms & Conditions

5.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old
• Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license
• Must provide valid government-issued identification
• Must provide valid contact information

5.2 Rental Agreement

A valid rental agreement must be signed by the renter before taking possession of any motorcycle. The renter is responsible for carefully reading and understanding all terms before signing.

5.3 Security Deposit

A security deposit of 500-1500 DH is required at the time of rental. This deposit will be held in an authorized account and returned within 5-7 business days after the motorcycle is returned in good condition.

5.4 Rental Period

Rental periods begin at the scheduled pickup time and end at the scheduled return time. Late returns will incur additional charges at the rate of 50% of the daily rental rate per hour or part thereof.

5.5 Mileage

All rental agreements include unlimited mileage. Mileage limits do not apply to our motorcycle rentals.

6. User Responsibilities

The renter agrees to:

• Operate the motorcycle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws
• Return the motorcycle in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted)
• Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
• Not permit any unauthorized persons to operate the motorcycle
• Maintain full insurance coverage on the motorcycle
• Pay all tolls, parking fees, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period
• Not smoke in the motorcycle

7. Liability & Damages

The renter is liable for any damage to the motorcycle during the rental period, including but not limited to:

• Accidents or collisions
• Theft or vandalism
• Mechanical damage from improper use
• Interior damage or staining

8. Termination

Avrumoto reserves the right to terminate rental agreements and deny service to any customer who:

• Violates these terms and conditions
• Operates under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Engages in dangerous or illegal behavior
• Fails to maintain proper insurance coverage

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morocco.

Insurance Requirements

All renters must maintain valid motorcycle insurance during the rental period. Avrumoto can provide insurance options at an additional cost. Renters who decline insurance accept full liability for any damage or loss.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup will forfeit 50% of the rental amount. No-shows will forfeit the entire rental amount.
